Community Services

The City of Piqua Community Services Department was formed in 2024 to develop more efficiencies between divisions in the City, and to create an efficient development experience for residents and businesses.

The Community Services Department staff can help you with your permitting, code compliance, development, engineering, or city program questions.

Beginning in March, 2025 the City of Piqua Community Services Department will utilize GovWell for permitting. Please go to the link below for any Planning and Zoning or Engineering Permits.  Click here for a helpful guide to GovWell.
