Purpose
Responsible for the administration of all competitive examinations for entry-level and promotional vacancies in the Police and Fire Departments establish certified eligibility lists for all such positions and responsible for the administration of Civil Service Law. (Chapter 124 of the ORC and the Piqua Civil Service Rules). (Reference Section 31.20 of Piqua Code)
