In response to a Cold Weather Advisory issued by the National Weather Service, the City of Piqua offices will have a delayed opening on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, to prioritize the safety of the public and our staff amid extreme cold conditions. City offices will open at 10 a.m.
Essential services provided by the City will continue. Customers may use the SmartHub application by visiting piquaoh.smarthub.coop or calling 855.396.4222 to pay utility bills or manage their accounts.
