The City of Piqua is hosting a drive-thru Community Shredding Day at the Pitsenbarger Sports Complex on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Participants are limited to five (5) boxes or less per participant or vehicle.
- Staff will remove boxes. There is no need to exit your vehicle.
- This event is for residents only and is not intended for businesses.
- Acceptable items include: Personal paper documents including credit card statements, canceled checks, paystubs, student transcripts, medical records, banking records, credit reports, and pre-approved credit card applications
- Unacceptable items include: CDs, DVDs, hard drives, hanging folders, cardboard tubes or boxes, and bags
This event is an opportunity to safely dispose of old paperwork, reduce clutter, and protect your personal information.
