[ARCHIVED] City of Piqua Parks & Recreation introduces Evening Yoga at the Lock

The City of Piqua Parks & Recreation Department is pleased to introduce Evening Yoga at the Lock, a new summer wellness series offering residents an opportunity to unwind with movement and mindfulness along the riverfront.

Led by a certified instructor from Satsang Yoga & Wellness, each one-hour session is open to all experience levels and designed to help participants stretch, strengthen and de-stress as the sun sets over downtown Piqua.

Schedule:

  • July 2: 7:30–8:30 p.m.

  • July 23: 7:30–8:30 p.m.

  • August 13: 7:30–8:30 p.m.

  • September 3: 7–8 p.m.

  • September 24: 6:30–7:30 p.m.

Cost: $10 per class for Piqua residents / $15 for non-residents

Registration is required.

Participants should bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a positive mindset.
